If you own bitcoin, spend them on something like bitpanda (or exchange them for dogecoin if you already sold some!) and buy altcoins.
Then repurchase the same amount of bitcoin with the altcoins in your balance. It’s important to make sure that you can withdraw these coins again without any problems. If it isn’t possible to go back into fiat (for example because noone will accept your altcoins as payment), then consider re-selling the whole lot at scale.
Will I be able to withdraw my bitcoins after buying another currency? And if not, what happens?
You may withdraw them with this process: You must sell all of your remaining dogecoins before withdrawing with bigger numbers than usual. If someone wants to buy more dogecoin than usual, he can also sell his bitcoin with us and purchase equally large amounts of dogecoin instead! Alternatively, somebody selling bigger quantities of bitcoin can just pay with old fashioned bank transfer or somesuch that decreases the total risk for everybody involved! The same applies for altcoins, but generally it takes a lot longer time to convert between cryptoassets. It does not matter how small is the number here; only 0/10000 BTC are affected by this process! If you own bitcoiin, spend them on something like bitpanda (or exchange them for dogecoin if you already sold some!) and buy altcoins. Then repurchase the same amount of bitcoin
