The average trader who learns about markets tends to put absolute value but little importance in things like “4 digit keys” or worrying about anything other than clicking trade/sell buttons when reflexively scrolling through portfolio screens etc. At best they will shrug at times like this when hundreds of usernames are compromised (see DDoS attack), but ultimately security comes down to awareness/mindset which takes time and effort beyond changing passwords regularly; it’s extremely difficult when you’re trading really large amounts of monies over days or weeks…but things like multi-factor authentication
